SUMMARY PROFILE
Mr. Sambashiva reddy, Whole-time Member of the Board, Epslon Technologies is the Executive Vice President of Epslon Technologies,India, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the engineering and technology company. Under his leadership, Epslon Technologies adopted an aggressive business development drive that resulted in key strategic alliances and the establishment of multiple Offshore Development Centers for global clients. He was also responsible for several initiatives to secure quality certifications and assessment levels that are among the most sought after in the IT industry. In his capacity as Epslon Technologies's Chief Information Officer and e-Commerce Officer, Mr. Reddy helped to devise and implement IT strategies across the Company. Mr. Reddy joined Epslon Technologies as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in 1999, and rapidly rose to assume positions of responsibility in materials management, production planning, design and various functions in marketing. In 2001, Mr Reddy took charge of Epslon Technologies's newly set up Hazira Works and oversaw the development and expansion of this heavy engineering complex. Later, he was elevated to the post of Executive Member responsible for the Company's power project business before being appointed Executive Vice President of the IT subsidiary of Epslon Technologies in 2002. An alumnus of OUC, Hyderabadl, Mr. Reddy holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science and a Masters Degree in Mathematics from the Osmania University, Hyderabad. He possesses valuable inter national experience in various roles such as international marketing, HRD and personnel and technology consulting in Hyderabad.
